Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sales of Goods Act but are designed to show the principles by which we operate.

Currency & Pricing
All prices on this website are quoted in GB pounds,EUOP and USD sterling. Please refer to a currency converter for what this means in your local currency. Credit card sales will be charged in your local currency by your provider at the appropriate rate of exchange and may incur a currency conversion charge). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Payments
We accept payment visa variety of methods but recommend for on-line shopping that you use the secure payment service

Delivery
Please see our shipping policy information page for the specifics. We will always send goods out as soon as possible and aim to do this within 1-3 working days of receiving a confirmed and paid for order. As goods in stock and your order placed before 6pm GMT+8, then your items ship in the same day. Restocking will take 2-3 days, out of stock need to sure with us.

Returns
In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we have 7 days no quibble guarantee for unworn and unused products. If you need to send your shopping back to us for exchange or refund please email us the picture of wrong place for us and  include a note with your name, address and what action you would like us to take (eg: please exchange for size / please refund to my card through email.. But before returned, please contact our customer service to confirm if a return or exchange is possible.

We regret that we are unable to refund postage for delivery and returned items except in the unlikely event that the original goods are faulty

Cancellation of your order
If you change your mind after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can prevent it leaving the Boat and incurring delivery and return costs. If the goods have already been sent then please follow the standard returns procedure. Unfortunately once the goods are sent you are still liable for the delivery and return postage costs.

Product Availability
Although we endeavour to keep safe stock levels, sometimes we are caught out and the product you order may not be in stock. If this happens we will telephone or email you to give you the opportunity to amend your order or discuss likely delivery dates. We will not send you substitute goods without discussing this with you first.

We make every effort to ensure that images and descriptions on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we can not guarantee an exact match to the image which appears on your screen!
